4,000 Tonnes of potato storage with optimal storage conditions

For Garmann Landwirtschaft, a new potato storage facility was constructed, consisting of three storage rooms with a total capacity of approximately 4,000 tonnes of potatoes in box storage.
The facility combines a ventilation system with mechanical cooling to maintain the temperature and humidity levels required for long-term storage. A positive pressure ventilation system with air ducts was selected to ensure uniform air distribution throughout the storage facility. Effective ventilation is essential for maintaining potato quality, accurately controlling storage conditions, and minimizing storage losses. This allows the potatoes to be stored under stable conditions for an extended period while preserving their quality.
